Demand Planner

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze demand data from Sales and Marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical forecasting techniques.
• Conduct monthly S&OP/SIOP demand review meetings.
• Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts to improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare consensus demand plans and collaborate with Supply Planning teams.
• Generate KPI reports including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Demand Plans.
• Support MRP and supply chain planning activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes and planning systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience with SAP APO, SAP, Kinaxis, ERP, or MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Automotive, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Industrial domain experience preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
