Demand Generation Specialist / Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Demand Generation Specialist / Manager with 3-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience to lead integrated campaigns, drive pipeline growth, and fuel business expansion.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage demand generation campaigns across email, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
• Lead ABM programs strategy, messaging, and execution.
• Organize virtual and in-person events and roundtables to generate high-quality leads.
• Create thought leadership content - whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, blogs.
• Build partnerships with tech partners, research firms, and knowledge partners.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align demand gen with GTM initiatives.
• Monitor competitive intelligence and run shadow marketing programs.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years in B2B SaaS marketing with proven demand generation and pipeline building experience.
• Hands-on with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Ads, Google PPC/Analytics, SEO/SEM.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to craft compelling content and campaigns.
