Role Overview

We are looking for a Demand Generation Executive to support and execute B2B demand generation campaigns for global clients. The role involves identifying and engaging target audiences, executing multi-channel campaigns, generating and qualifying leads, maintaining campaign data and working closely with internal sales and marketing teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute B2B demand generation and lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• Research and identify relevant companies, decision-makers and target accounts based on defined campaign criteria.
• Build, maintain and update accurate prospect and customer databases.
• Conduct prospect and market research to identify potential business opportunities.
• Engage prospects through email, telephone and other approved outreach channels.
• Understand prospect requirements and capture relevant information.
• Qualify leads against predefined campaign criteria and ensure accurate lead handover to the relevant teams.
• Perform data verification, cleansing and enrichment to maintain high-quality prospect information.
• Track campaign performance, lead volumes, conversion metrics and productivity against defined targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and campaign management platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Follow campaign guidelines, quality standards and defined processes.
• Meet individual productivity, quality and campaign targets consistently.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, inside sales, digital marketing, telemarketing, content syndication or a similar role will be preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and listening skills.
• Interest in B2B marketing, sales and digital outreach.
• Comfortable working with data and conducting online research.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
