Timing- 2 to 11 PM ( Night shifts in peak time)

• The candidates should have prior experience in preparation/ review of Form 1040 (the US individual tax return form) unless the candidate is a graduate/ fresher with no prior experience
• The experience should include reviewing underlying documentation, requesting pending documentation, identifying discrepancies, if any and filling the data in the format required in the Form 1040 and tax computation knowledge
• Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelors degree large population will have a finance and tax specialization but we may also come across a micro population of BTech grads who chose this career path for themselves and have undergone US tax training and education with institutes in India
• Certain candidates may be Enrolled agents or CPAs these are credentialized candidates with US tax education who will generally be placed in the 4+ category or 5+ years category
