Role & responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality learning interventions aligned to project requirements and timelines.
• Oversee end-to-end design and delivery of learning and change initiatives.
• Support client needs assessment, solution development, and change execution.
• Contribute to business transformation initiatives across process, technology, culture, and M&A.
• Support client interactions, research, analysis, and documentation.
• Assist in business development, proposals, presentations, and internal practice initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to take initiative and work with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Bachelors /Post Graduation Diploma / master’s degree in business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, or other relevant field.
• Relevant work experience of 3-8 years or more in Transformational Change/ Cultural Change/ ERP implementation
• This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
