Delivery Project Manager

Job Summary:The Grade 6 Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex Cyber Security projects from initiation through closure. This includes managing cross-functional teams, handling stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of project goals with business objectives, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role also involves identifying risks, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement within the project management process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize CyberSIO projects in alignment with business goals.Manage cross-functional teams (e.g., development, design, QA, and product) to deliver on project objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that detail resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues that may impact project success.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• +10 years of experience managing technical projects in a software development or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Zoho, MS Project, Asana).
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.Customer Facing Enchanment.
