WE ARE HIRING – DELIVERY & PRODUCT MANAGER (FINTECH) Location: Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu, India Job Type: Full-Time | Regular Market Scope: APMEA & Europe Experience: 10 Years (Including 03 Years in Delivery / Product Management) We are looking for an experienced DELIVERY & PRODUCT MANAGER (FINTECH) to drive the development of innovative digital financial solutions while leading successful product delivery across global markets. This hybrid role combines Product Management and Delivery Leadership, bridging technology, finance, and customer success. Key Responsibilities: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with client needs and evolving FINTECH trends. Lead end-to-end delivery of FINTECH implementation and enhancement projects across APMEA and Europe. Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and product features. Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Design, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality financial products. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including KYC, AML, data privacy, and jurisdiction-specific requirements. Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders across Singapore, Ireland, UAE, and other international markets. Required Qualifications: 10 years of experience in the FINTECH industry. 03 years in a Delivery Manager, Product Manager, or hybrid Delivery & Product Management role. Strong domain expertise in Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, or Digital Assets. Solid understanding of financial regulations including KYC, AML, and Data Privacy. Experience working with APIs, software delivery, system integration, and cross-functional engineering teams. Proven ability to manage complex software delivery projects from planning through successful implementation. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
