We are looking for dynamic and analytical professionals from leading business schools to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. As an NPI Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven insights, supporting global product launches, and contributing to process optimization. This role offers exposure to strategic supply chain operations and cross-functional collaboration in a global environment.
Align product design and development processes with business objectives and market strategy. Manage product launch throughout sales and distribution channels. Prepare internal operations and partner organizations to support the new product, aiming to reduce time-to-market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor

Make Analyze project and operational data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Support planning and execution of NPI initiatives across multiple geographies.

Maintain SKU databases and ensure data integrity for new product launches.

Collaborate with global teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
