    What would you do
  1. To oversee day to day operation, performance measurement, client management and people management

  2. Creation of Client Investment Review and Portfolio View, Management of compliance document, Review of newly opened application forms, Trade Support, Collateral Management and Corporate Actions

    What are we looking for
  3. Minimum 10-13 years of experience in Pre matching, Inventory Mgmt, Trade Settlement or Trade exception mgmt, Reconciliations
  4. Knowledge of banking products like Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Funds, FED securities, etc. is an advantage
  5. Knowledge of regulations like FINRA, OFAC regulations, CASS, CSDR, FEMA, Buy IN, OFAC regulations etc.
  6. Manages capacity, provides oversight, and serves as escalation point for analyst
  7. Review for accuracy and provide inputs
  8. Provides weekly, monthly, qtrly reporting
  9. Coordinates with onshore team or stakeholder

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  10. Ability to understand evaluate Capital Market and Banking product requirements
  11. Ability to understand business processes to verify controls are effective, mitigate risks, and suggest changes to control descriptions as needed.
  12. Analytically sound to take decisions on controls
  13. Ability to understand Complex Documentation and legal language
  14. Advanced Proficiency required in English Language to create documentation.
  15. Perform assignments, deals, tasks
  16. Should be able to take judgment calls and guide team members
  17. Attention to details to analyze Gaps in control
  18. Ability to review all written materials
  19. Should be a self-starter, motivated and highly energized individual to compete the complexity of the process
  20. Ability to interact with Clients on weekly calls and explain Issue Management process.
  21. Connect with team members on regular frequency
  22. Document all the discussion with team members
  23. Monthly one on one with scorecard discussion
