What would you do

Lead seller training and enablement operations while managing teams, client relationships, resource utilization, program delivery, hiring, transitions, and AI driven transformation initiatives. Act as the primary escalation point for operational and client issues while ensuring delivery excellence and business outcomes.

The team helps assess design build and implement best practices on process organization and technology to create execute and run a collaborative sales and support roles

Ability to verbally engage in a concise manner with stakeholders to share opinions or information to convey meaning, construct shared understanding, or promote action.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build effective and cost efficient schedules and enablement programs in partnership with Delivery Services Management, BI, and Capability Leads

Own instructor resource utilization and ensure alignment with chargeability and productivity objectives

Monitor scheduling performance and provide management reporting on quality, volume, pipeline, output, and completion metrics

Manage operational and client escalations, drive timely resolution, and escalate critical issues to senior leadership when required

Partner with sourcing teams to identify and recruit internal and external talent

Support new deal transitions by working closely with mobilization teams and ensuring agreed service levels and performance measures are achieved

Serve as the primary contact for client representatives, client visits, site tours, and RFP support activities

Drive adoption of AI enabled tools across scheduling and learning operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Lead, coach, and mentor one or more teams while managing performance, engagement, development, and attrition

Provide timely feedback, support employee growth, and execute people processes in alignment with HR policies

Deliver solutions to day to day operational challenges and align team execution with strategic business objectives

Any Graduation

Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment

10 to 14 years of experience in training, learning operations, scheduling, sales enablement, or related delivery functions

Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
