This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Roles and Responsibilities: "Contingent Workforce Management Admin to support our Contingent Workforce Support Team.The ideal candidate will assist in the front-end creation of requisitions in the Vendor Management System (VMS), digitally screening resumes/CVs that are submitted by the suppliers, and corresponding with suppliers as needed. The ideal candidate will also need to ensure smooth coordination, compliance at all times, and timely communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers alike.Other duties may include:Worker Misclassification: Ensuring compliance with local labor laws (e.g., IRS guidelines in the US, IR35 in the UK) to prevent the costly misclassification of independent contractors.Co-Employment Mitigation: Establishing clear boundaries to prevent ""co-employment"" risks, ensuring the company isn t legally viewed as the employer of record for agency workers.Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing background checks, NDA signings, system access provisioning, and intellectual property (IP) protection during offboarding.Hiring Manager Support: Advising internal team leads on the best talent strategieshelping them decide whether to hire full-time, use a temp, or outsource via an SOW.Data & Analytics: Tracking metrics like time-to-fill, headcount, turnover, and spend to provide workforce insights to leadership."
QualificationAny Graduation
