Delivery Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Delivery Manager to lead client engagements across the Middle
East and UK from our Gurgaon and Bangalore delivery centers. You will own delivery outcomes,
project profitability and client relationships, and lead cross -functional teams to drive customer
success.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects.
• Manage project financials (budgets, forecasts, margin, utilization and billing) to deliver
profitably.
• Act as the client's trusted delivery partner.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA, DevOps, Cloud and Product.
• Deliver on time, within scope and to quality, against agreed SLAs/KPIs.
• Act quickly on risks and escalations, and keep delivery reporting accurate, timely and
data-backed.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, governance and risk management.
• Adapt your leadership style to each team and client context rather than applying one
approach to all.
• Support account growth through customer satisfaction and strategic engagement.

Required Skills
• 6+ years in project, program or delivery management within IT services.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets and margins.
• Strong experience managing enterprise client engagements.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile, Scrum and modern software delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with global and distributed teams.
• Understanding of Cloud, Digital Engineering, Data or AI-driven solutions.
