Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for delivery and account management. The role will be responsible for delivery assurance, client relationships, P&L management, people leadership and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery assurance and account management.
• Manage P&L, budgets, SOWs and account profitability.
• Build and strengthen trusted client relationships and work closely with Client Partners.
• Lead multiple software development projects and ensure quality, timely delivery and profitability.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning and utilization across projects.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery, development and project-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to internal delivery, governance and operational processes.
• Lead team development, mentoring, performance management and succession planning.
• Support hiring and resource planning at the account level.
• Contribute to proposals, account initiatives and client case studies.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong SDLC and software delivery experience.
• Strong Project/Program Management experience.
• Proven Client Relationship and Account Management experience.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, SOWs and profitability.
• Strong People Management and Leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and billable teams.

Good to Have

• Retail domain experience.
• Exposure to AI / emerging technologies.
• Experience working with Client Partners/Sales teams on account growth.
