Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong experience in startup / scale-up IT services or SaaS organizations, particularly someone who has built and scaled delivery teams and managed international clients.

Work Mode: Work from Office(5 days)

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong Delivery / Program / Account leadership experience.
• Must have worked in a startup / small-to-mid-sized IT services or product engineering company.
• Proven experience of starting with a small team/project (~5 people) and scaling it to 50+ members.
• Strong experience managing US and European clients, preferably SMB / mid-market clients with 100- 300 employees.
• Strong end-to-end delivery ownership across multiple projects/programs.
• Experience managing SaaS / software product delivery is preferred.
• Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Experience conducting WSR, MBR, QBR, Steering Committee and client presentations.
• Proven ownership of CSAT / NPS / customer satisfaction.
• Experience in portfolio governance, resource planning, utilization, revenue and P&L management.
• Proven experience in margin improvement / profitability improvement.
• Strong account growth, up-selling, cross-selling and client expansion experience.
• Ability to work closely with Sales / Pre-Sales for account growth and new opportunities.
• Technical background with good understanding of architecture, technical solutioning, code reviews and software engineering.
• Experience building delivery processes, teams and governance from the ground up.
• Strong leadership experience across Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product and PMO teams.
