This role is perfect for a leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring delivery excellence across multiple programs.

- Deep dive into goML s delivery models, methodologies, and customer portfolio
- Understand ongoing projects, governance structures, and client expectations
- Establish relationships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership
- Review current delivery processes, tools, reporting standards, and best practices
- Identify early opportunities to improve predictability and execution workflows
- Take ownership of multiple projects and ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
- Drive core delivery governance including:
- scope management
- resource planning
- timelines and milestone tracking
- risk identification and mitigation
- Engage with customers regularly to:
- align on delivery goals
- manage escalations
- ensure satisfaction and transparency
- Mentor project managers, coordinators, and technical leads to maintain delivery health
- Ensure strong stakeholder alignment by balancing internal priorities and client outcomes
- Lead large-scale complex deliveries end-to-end with focus on:

- Build and scale a high-performing delivery team with accountability and collaboration
- Contribute to growth by supporting:

- Identify delivery gaps and implement scalable best practices across programs
- Strengthen goML s reputation as a trusted partner by delivering consistent outcomes and nurturing long-term relationships
- 8+ years of experience in project and delivery management, ideally in AI / Data / Software services
- Proven success managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong delivery leadership in:

- Excellent customer engagement skills:

- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience with delivery tools such as:
- JIRA, Trello, MS Project (or similar)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational capabilities
- Experience delivering government or public sector engagements
- Certifications such as:
- PMP
- ITIL
- CSM / SAFe / Agile certifications
- Exposure to cloud platforms:
- AWS / Azure / GCP
