Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coach senior delivery professionals to ensure successful project execution and team development.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to build strong partnerships and drive project success.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to make evidence-based decisions and address complex issues.
• Manage large-scale transformational initiatives involving people, processes, and technology.
• Facilitate workshops and lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, and operational phases.
• Ensure the delivery of technology solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Drive adoption of agile practices and continuous improvement within teams.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and new technologies while fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Experience Required:

• 14 - 18 years of experience in delivery management, program management, or project leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects in IT or technology-enabled environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in mentoring senior professionals.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, process improvement, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
