Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, managing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence.

The role requires a strong combination of delivery management, stakeholder management, project governance, team leadership, and business understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects/services, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and agreed SLAs are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, escalations, and regular communication.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and productivity.
• Define and track project KPIs, SLAs, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide clear status updates to clients and senior management.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to delivery processes, quality standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with Business Development, HR, Recruitment, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across delivery functions.
• Manage resource planning, capacity utilization, and workforce requirements.
• Handle client escalations professionally and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Support account growth, client retention, and expansion opportunities through strong service delivery.
• Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, performance reports, and management reviews.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budget, timelines, and quality parameters.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT Delivery / Project Management / Service Delivery.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, teams, and client accounts.
• Strong understanding of SLA, KPI, governance, risk, and issue management.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in resource planning and team management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Experience in IT services, staffing, technology solutions, or managed services will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
