About this role
We are currently hiring for a Delivery Manager – Mobile Engineering opportunity with Grid Dynamics India in Hyderabad. We are looking for an experienced technology delivery professional with strong expertise in Mobile Engineering, Technical Delivery Management, AI/GenAI, Cloud, APIs, IoT, DevOps, and client-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise
Key Focus Areas
- Mobile Application Development – Strong expertise in iOS & Android application development.
- Mobile UI/UX Engineering & Delivery – Experienced in building intuitive, scalable, and high-performing mobile experiences.
- AI & LLM Technologies – Hands-on experience with LLM integrations, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI Agents, and AI-powered development tools.
- Technical Project & Delivery Management – Strong experience leading complex technology projects, teams, and end-to-end delivery.
- Cloud, APIs & IoT – Experience with AWS, REST APIs, IoT/device connectivity, and modern cloud architectures.
- DevOps & Engineering Practices – Exposure to CI/CD, automation, cloud-native delivery, and DevOps methodologies.
Delivery Management Expertise
- Mobile Engineering Delivery – Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale Mobile Engineering projects.
- Pre-Sales & Solutioning – Strong experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, RFP/RFI responses, and client-facing engagements.
- Client & Stakeholder Management – Experienced in managing relationships with global enterprise clients and GCCs.
- Service Offerings & GTM Strategy – Experience defining service offerings, business plans, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and growth initiatives.
- Engagement Management – Hands-on experience managing Outcome-Based, Fixed Price, and T&M engagements.
- P&L Ownership – Strong understanding and experience in P&L management, commercial governance, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Global Delivery Leadership – Proven ability to manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and enterprise delivery programs.
- Business & Technology Transformation – Ability to align technology strategy, delivery excellence, and business outcomes.
