Delivery Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage program delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
• Own end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, cost, and quality — consistently meeting client satisfaction and business outcome targets.
• Establish and govern Agile/hybrid program frameworks, metrics, and tooling (Jira, executive dashboards, status reporting) across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Provide oversight across multi-vendor, cross-geography teams, ensuring consistent delivery standards and accountability.
• Oversee big data analytics initiatives, including data warehousing solutions and cloud migrations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored program management services.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• 16-21 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong background in program delivery, project management, PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies, as well as familiarity with Big Data tools like Hadoop/Hive+.
