Delivery Manager - TATA Elxsi

Role & responsibilities

• Managing Impediments: Spot and clear blockages, technical hurdles, or process

slowdowns that prevent the team from hitting goals.

• Managing Timelines and Budgets: Set realistic delivery milestones, track project

scope, and keep quarterly billing aligned with financial targets

• Managing Risks and Dependencies: Identify potential roadblocks early, map out

technical dependencies across multiple teams, and execute mitigation plans.

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main bridge between technical teams, and

customer to align expectations.

• Process and Quality Improvement: Enforce quality assurance standards, facilitate

agile ceremonies, and focus on continuous improvement

Preferred candidate profile

• 15+ years of total work experience in product engineering and embedded software

development within the automotive domain

• Strong background in AUTOSAR / Power Electronics / Body & Chassis / Vehicle

Dynamics / Infotainment development

• Experience in handling End to End software development (System Req. to Vehicle

Validation) and launching to production Cars

• Strong communication & customer Management skills

• Ticket based task planning and execution experience using JIRA / Confluence

• Experience in Managing a team of 50+ distributed engineering teams Agile, Scrum,

SAFe

• Risk and Escalation Management Skills
