Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager - Digital Engineering with 20+ years of experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programs, managing global delivery teams, and driving successful execution of enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Application Modernization, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.

The role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery, customer relationship management, revenue growth, operational excellence, resource planning, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes across multiple programs and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Engineering engagements across multiple customers and business units.
• Manage large-scale digital transformation programs involving Cloud, Data Engineering, AI, Analytics, Application Modernization, Platform Engineering, and DevOps.
• Drive delivery excellence through effective planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Business Leaders, and key customer stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers on digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct executive steering committee meetings and provide regular program health updates.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Program & Portfolio Management

• Manage multiple programs and portfolios with complete accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor project financials including revenue, margins, utilization, and profitability.
• Drive operational efficiencies across delivery teams.

People Leadership

• Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams comprising Architects, Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, Scrum Masters, and Engineers.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Build high-performing delivery organizations aligned to business objectives.
• Support strategic hiring, workforce planning, and capability development.

Business Growth & Presales Support

• Partner with Sales and Account teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Support solutioning, estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and customer presentations.
• Drive account mining and expansion opportunities within existing customers.
• Contribute to revenue growth and strategic business initiatives.

Delivery Governance & Quality

• Establish delivery best practices, Agile methodologies, DevOps culture, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and delivery maturity programs.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational policies.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• 20+ years of overall IT industry experience.
• 10+ years in leading large Digital Engineering programs.
• Experience managing global distributed delivery teams of 100+ resources.
• Proven track record in delivering multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
• Experience working with enterprise customers across Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, BFSI, Telecom, or Technology sectors.
• Strong experience in managing P&L, revenue, margins, utilization, and customer satisfaction metrics.
