Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large Oracle ERP (EBS) implementations, ensuring timely execution, budget control, and stakeholder alignment, preferably for government/public-sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations as Project / Delivery Manager.
- Drive program governance, budget, risk, and schedule management.
- Lead Oracle Finance functional streams and cross-functional teams.
- Manage senior stakeholders and client leadership.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and delivery excellence.
Must-Have
- 20+ years of IT experience.
- 510 large end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations as PM / Delivery Manager.
- 3+ Oracle EBS / Fusion implementations, preferably in Finance.
- Strong expertise in Delivery, Budget, Risk, Stakeholder & Schedule Management.
Nice to Have - Experience in Government / Public Sector Oracle ERP projects.
Qualification - Graduate / BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA
