Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end service delivery across our digital marketing, content, design, production, and video editing teams. The role involves coordinating with Account Managers, managing interdepartmental workflows, monitoring project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and making sure client requirements are delivered efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and client projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery across Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM), Content, Graphic Design, Production, and Video Editing teams.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with department leads, team members, and Account Managers to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of client deliverables.
• Project Planning: Allocate resources, prioritize tasks, track deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Client Requirement Management: Work closely with Account Managers to understand client expectations, clarify requirements, and ensure deliverables align with agreed objectives.
• Workflow Management: Establish and improve processes for task allocation, approvals, revisions, and delivery tracking across departments.
• Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards, client briefs, and agreed specifications before completion.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team productivity, project progress, turnaround times, pending tasks, and delivery performance.
• Issue Resolution: Identify delays, resource constraints, and workflow bottlenecks, and take corrective action to keep projects on track.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Ensure seamless coordination between the Marketing team, which generates leads and acquires clients, and the service delivery teams responsible for execution.
• Reporting: Prepare regular delivery reports covering project status, team capacity, delays, pending approvals, and operational challenges.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce rework, optimize resource utilization, and strengthen service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 47 years of relevant experience in digital marketing operations, project management, service delivery, or agency operations.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO and Social Media Marketing, along with content creation, graphic design, video production, and video editing workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with project management tools, task trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to analyze team capacity, monitor performance, and manage delivery risks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or a service-based company.
• Experience coordinating with Account Managers and multiple creative and technical departments.
• Familiarity with client servicing, campaign execution, project budgeting, and resource planning.
