Delivery Manager Data Engineering & AI

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in IT, software development, Data Engineering, and AI. The candidate should have proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing delivery operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to client expectations.
• Oversee delivery across Data Engineering, AI/ML, and IT development projects.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder communication, escalations, and delivery reviews.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, productivity, and overall performance.
• Identify delivery risks proactively and implement corrective actions.

Must-Have Requirements

• 1012 years of overall IT experience, including substantial delivery or project management experience.
• Strong exposure to Data Engineering and AI initiatives, alongside IT development.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with established IT services / service-based organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client management, stakeholder management, and escalation-handling skills.
• Highly organized, confident, composed, and professional approach.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
