Delivery Leader - Data Practice Offshore

Job Summary

We are looking for an Data Delivery Leader to lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare data programs for US healthcare clients. This role combines delivery ownership, client engagement, and team leadership within a fast-paced technology services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of large-scale healthcare data and analytics engagements
• Lead multi-team delivery across data engineering, analytics, and cloud platforms
• Act as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders
• Drive delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance
• Mentor and scale high-performing data teams

Requirements

• 12+ years in data engineering / analytics, with 4+ years in delivery leadership
• Strong healthcare domain experience (payer and/or provider data)
• Hands-on exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with data warehouses, ETL/ELT, and modern data architectures
• Solid understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare data compliance
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7, X12)
• Experience with regulatory or quality data (HEDIS, Stars, risk adjustment)
• Prior experience working with US healthcare clients
