Summary:
As a Delivery Lead, a typical day involves lead delivery and implementation of Talent & HR solutions and managed services programs across Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Core HR processes. The role requires strong experience managing large-scale HR transformation initiatives, HR technology implementations, operational delivery, and stakeholder engagement while driving productivity, innovation, and business outcomes.
The individual will operate at the intersection of HR operations, technology, and transformation, helping clients modernize HR service delivery through process excellence, automation, AI, and leading HR platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation and implementation programs across Talent Acquisition, Learning, Employee Services, Workforce Administration, and related HR domains.
Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Ensure achievement of delivery commitments, SLAs, quality targets, and business outcomes.
Establish governance structures and provide regular status reporting to client and leadership teams.
HR Process & Functional Expertise
Provide deep functional expertise in one or more areas:
Talent Acquisition (Recruiting, Candidate Operations, Onboarding)
Learning & Development (Learning Administration, Learning Delivery, Talent Development)
Core HR / Hire-to-Retire Processes
Drive process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Design scalable operating models and future-state HR processes.
Implementation & Transformation
Lead implementation and deployment of HR platforms and solutions.
Partner with technology teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Support global rollouts, release planning, testing, adoption, and hypercare activities.
Drive automation, AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and digital solution adoption to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Build trusted relationships with client HR leaders, HR Operations teams, and technology stakeholders.
Conduct workshops, requirements sessions, solution reviews, and steering committee meetings.
Communicate business value, implementation progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
People Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, analysts, and implementation resources.
Coach and mentor team members while building functional and delivery capabilities.
Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in HR Technology Strategy.
10-15 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Transformation, Shared Services, Managed Services, Consulting, or HR Technology delivery.
Proven experience leading large-scale HR implementation and transformation programs.
Strong expertise in at least one domain:
Talent Acquisition
Learning & Talent Development
Core HR / Employee Lifecycle Processes
Experience managing global or multi-country delivery engagements.
Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Experience with one or more HR platforms:

Additional Information:
