Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 8-12 years of engineering experience with clear release ownership.
- Fluency in NestJS/TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and Docker (or close).
- Proven delivery leadership across multi-engineer teams.
- Fast, structured communicator.
- Comfortable with remote/cross-region collaboration.
- Mature judgement on quality vs. speed tradeoffs.
- Influence through competence, not hierarchy.
