What would you do
Point of contact and owner of their respective processes. GPOs are the process leads and alongside their respective Process Matter Experts (PME) teams, will drive the activities and deliverables for their respective process areas.Cutover and Ongoing OperationsWork with the transition teams during the cutover phase to execute process cutover activitiesLead ongoing continuous process improvement analyses and monitoring of process-specific KPIsIdeate, test and develop potential Analytics opportunities enabling creation of Client business valueProvide ongoing coaching to PMEs and the BPO process teamsTraining and Service RehearsalsLead the training and service rehearsal activities for their process areasTrain BPO process SMEsHelp the transition management teams to plan, coordinate and monitor successful execution of training and SRT Monitor training and service rehearsal results and progress and help the transition team resolve issues and gaps

What are we looking for
Standard Operating Procedures BuildLead the SOP build for each process areaManage the Process Matter Experts in building out SOPWork with their client counterparts to review and validate completeness of SOP content


Roles and Responsibilities: Global DesignProvide end to end process expertise and support global process design preparationDrive and compile leading practices and process design considerations aligned with build to operate efficiency principlesProvide input into Workday enablement initiatives identify automation opportunities and address process administration gapsProvide service delivery inputs to support policy harmonization initiativesParticipate in global design authority discussions and contribute service delivery expertiseWork with Process Matter Experts to document process narratives and localization requirements required for standard operating procedure creation
