Human Resource postgraduates/graduates with relevant consulting, solutions, and delivery experience with a sound knowledge of end-to-end global or US and Canada Payroll including,-Active Payroll Processing-Pension Payroll Processing-Mobility Payroll Processing-Allocation of Time (Positive Negative Payroll)-Short Term Business Traveler-Overpayment Recovery-Remittance/Statutory Payments-Statutory Reporting-General Reporting-Garnishments-Tax Data Setup and Deductions-YE Govt Tax Reporting (90,000 W-2s, 85000 1095s, 3800, T4, CRA, MRQ etc)-Tax Notices-Tax Registration-Audit Management-Workers Comp Reporting-Time Attendance-Leave Accrual Management-Time Tracking Vouchering-Leave Policy Management-Record of Employment ReportingExpected to work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business environment while being a good team player. Prior US/Canada Payroll Consulting and Solutioning experience in the BPO Industry with driving transformation / projects experience / Robotic implementation experience will be preferred. Should be open to work in different time zones as per the business requirement.

Roles Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:Advise consult clients on future state Payroll organization design and target operating modelLead key strategic initiatives, driving Payroll Transformation, process reengineering to increase process effectiveness and efficiency and reducing cost of HR operationsProvide end to end process expertise input to the process teams (BI) during global design preparation localization workshopsParticipate in the global localization sessions and provide leading practice input in administering local processesDrive and compile leading practices, and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principlesProvide input into the technology enablement (Payroll System) and assist in identifying automation opportunities and address process administration gapsProvide input, where needed on service delivery components needed for policy harmonizationParticipate in global design authority discussions and provide input to any service delivery componentsParticipate in testing end to end processes in order to get familiarization of various system and process scenarios for SOP creationLead the SOP build work with the SMEs to document process narratives and localization requirements needed for SOP creationLead the training and service rehearsal activities train BPO process SMEsMonitor training and service rehearsal results and progress and help the transition team resolve issues and gapsLead ongoing continuous process improvement analyses and monitoring of process-specific KPIsIdeate, test, and develop potential Analytics opportunities enabling creation of Client business valueProvide ongoing coaching to PMEs and the BPO process teamsDesign customized Payroll solutions lead client workshops solution presentation and solution oralsExtensive experience working across multiple 3rd party vendors/suppliers/carriersExposure to regulatory reporting, laws, and country legislations Creating end to end Payroll outsourcing solution focusing on key solution tenants and leverage digital to create a compelling solutionWork closely with transitions and Change management teams to ensure smooth transition of Payroll processes/activities to AccentureProgram lead and project manage Payroll Consulting projects align resources for the project and ensure successful delivery and outcomes of the projectSupport/work with diverse, multi-cultural global teams to create HRO (Payroll) solutions for clientsLead Hypercare and other Governance meetings for respective domains
