About this role
Job purpose
A candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing the DealCloud CRM platform to meet complex business requirements for financial services clients. The role will translate stakeholder needs into robust technical solutions, including workflows, integrations, and automation. The developer will ensure platform stability and performance through testing, debugging, and ongoing support, while continuously leveraging new DealCloud features and AI capabilities.

Key competencies
- Hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing DealCloud CRM (entities, fields, workflows, dashboards)
- Proven ability to manage and optimize deal pipelines, analytics, and reporting for decision-making
- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting capability with high attention to detail
- Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and REST/SOAP API integrations
- Effective stakeholder collaboration and communication in a global environment, with eagerness to learn new technologies
