Delivery Head: Infra & Heavy Civil

Indovance is looking for a senior engineering leader to head our Infrastructure & Heavy Civil Business Unit and lead global offshore delivery for large-scale infrastructure projects across North America.

About the Role

You will own end-to-end delivery, technical quality, operational excellence, and business performance across highways, bridges, rail, utilities, aviation, drainage, grading, and BIM projects. This is a strategic leadership role with P&L ownership and global client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure Business Unit delivery and profitability.
• Manage offshore engineering teams and project delivery.
• Drive QA/QC, delivery governance, and digital engineering standards.
• Build client relationships and manage project escalations.
• Scale engineering capability and mentor technical leaders.

We're Looking For

• 15+ years in Civil/Infrastructure Engineering.
• 10+ years in engineering delivery leadership.
• Experience managing offshore or global engineering teams.
• Expertise in Civil 3D, OpenRoads, MicroStation, Revit Structure, BIM workflows.
• Experience with North American infrastructure projects is preferred
