Delivery Excellence Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Delivery Excellence to lead governance, quality, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Delivery Excellence governance across projects and accounts.
• Manage risk, escalations, and project health reviews.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, CMMI, ISO, and audit requirements.
• Lead process improvement, productivity, and quality initiatives.
• Drive CSAT/NPS programs and stakeholder governance.
• Champion innovation, automation, and GenAI-led improvements.
• Lead team development, performance management, and capability building.

Desired Profile

• 14-20 years of experience in IT Services or Consulting organizations.
• Strong expertise in Delivery Excellence, SQA, Governance, Quality, and Process Excellence.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, Project Management, and QA lifecycles.
• Experience with CMMI, ISO 9001, QMS, audits, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Azure DevOps/TFS, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Scrum, CMMI ATM, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications preferred
