Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in IT Services / Technology / Digital Transformation.
- Significant experience managing BFSI clients and large technology delivery portfolios.
- Proven experience managing large teams and complex programs.
- Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in P&L, revenue, margin and commercial management.
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps and traditional SDLC.
- Experience with digital transformation, cloud, data/AI, automation or modern technology platforms is preferred.
- Strong exposure to RFP/RFI/RFP solutioning and pre-sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively with CXO-level stakeholders
