Delivery Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Associate responsible for delivering products/orders safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.

• Pick up orders/products from the designated location and deliver them to customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery as per assigned routes.
• Verify orders, addresses, and customer details before delivery.
• Handle products/packages carefully to avoid damage or loss.
• Collect cash or digital payments, where applicable.
• Maintain proper delivery records and update delivery status through the assigned app/system.
• Coordinate with the operations/team for delivery-related issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers and resolve basic delivery-related queries.
• Follow company safety, traffic, and delivery policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle/bike.

• Previous delivery, logistics, courier, e-commerce, or field-sales experience preferred.
• Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred/required, depending on the role.
• Knowledge of local routes and locations.
• Basic smartphone/app handling skills.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in the field.
• Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented.
