Work you'll do

As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:

• Architect, configure, and support Delinea Secret Server solutions, including credential vaulting, password rotation, session controls, access workflows, and integration with enterprise platforms
• Onboard and manage privileged, service, and application accounts across Windows, Linux/Unix, cloud, database, and application environments
• Administer platform operations, including discovery, onboarding workflows, access policies, patching, upgrades, high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and environment hardening
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform log analysis, support root cause analysis, and resolve advanced support escalations
• Develop and support application programming interface-based automation, reporting, reconciliation, and custom integrations for privileged access management processes

Deloitte's Cyber Operate teams manage clients critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes:

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts; flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage; on-call support based on project assignment

Qualifications

Required:

• 3-6 years of experience in privileged access management, identity security, or cybersecurity domains
• Experience with Delinea Secret Server administration and support
• Experience onboarding and managing privileged, service, and application accounts
• Experience configuring credential vaulting, password rotation, privileged access controls, and approval workflows
• Experience integrating Delinea with Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, multi-factor authentication, security information and event management, identity governance and administration, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, and ticketing systems
• Experience with Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces, automation, or scripting for privileged access management administration and support
• Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with Delinea platform extensions, custom integrations, or non-standard connector use cases
• Experience migrating privileged accounts from legacy privileged access management tools or manual repositories
• Experience supporting platform upgrades, patching, high availability, disaster recovery, and production operations
• Experience supporting secrets management for applications, DevOps tooling, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines
• Experience with just-in-time access models and elevated access governance
• Delinea Secret Server Associate, Delinea Secret Server Engineer, or other privileged access management, identity and access management, or cybersecurity certifications
