Role: Decision Analytics Experience: 3-5 years Work Location: Gurugram Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support sales analytics and operations initiatives within the rare disease and oncology business space. The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional and U.S.-based teams to deliver sales reporting, performance tracking, incentive compensation operations and design, as well as field alignment activities such as call plan management and territory planning. The individual will play a key role in supporting data-driven commercial operations while ensuring seamless coordination across global and client-facing stakeholders.
