Decision Analytics Consultant - Value & Access (Market Access)

What Youll Do

• • Design and execute market access projects, including payer landscape assessments, formulary access analyses, deep dives into access barriers, contracting scenario modeling, and contract operations etc.
  • Analyze and interpret quantitative/ qualitative research data to provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and client teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations through compelling slide decks and/or excel workbooks to effectively communicate insights and support stakeholder decisionmaking.
  • Manage overall project, stakeholder and clients, day-to-days tasks and lead a team of Associates and Associate Consultants.
  • Act as a Market Access subject matter expert, guiding and onboarding Associates and Associate Consultants.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies on a day-to-day basis and on multiple projects simultaneously.

What Youll Bring

• A bachelors or masters degree in engineering (any discipline) with strong academic performance, particularly in analytics and quantitative coursework
• 5 7 years of relevant job experience. An MBA/PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience
• Good to have a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, including payer mix (commercial, Medicaid, Medicare) and market access levers (rebates, contracting)
• Handson experience with claims and formulary databases
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, SQL, MS PowerPoint for report creation, familiarity with Power BI, Tableau and Python/R is a plus
• Structured communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to clients
