About this role
Role & responsibilities
To meet deburring production quotas and delivery deadlines.
To Develop, implement, and optimize manual, pneumatic deburring
To Ensure finished components conform strictly to engineering
specifications, tolerances, surface-finish specifications and customer requirements.
To Coach deburring operators on proper tool handling, safety compliance, and quality inspection techniques.
To Work closely with quality assurance, CNC machining, and engineering teams to troubleshoot root causes of excessive burrs or part rejections.
Preferred candidate profile
3 to 5 years in a manufacturing, machining, or metalworking environment in supervisory capacity.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, Knowledge of using precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers and gauges.
