About the Role

• We are looking for passionate, sales-driven individuals to join our Investment Banking team.
• This is a front-end, client-facing role focused on client origination and deal execution within the Debt Investment Banking space. As part of our expansion strategy across India, you will play a key role in building our geographical presence and deepening relationships with clients in your region.
• This role offers rich, hands-on Investment Banking experience in a fast-paced, high ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for debt advisory and fundraising mandates
• Originate new client relationships and build a strong network within target markets
• Drive end-to-end deal execution in coordination with internal teams
• Travel extensively to meet prospective and existing clients across assigned regions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, promoters, and financial institutions
• Stay updated on market trends, debt instruments, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in financial sales, client relationship management, or business development (candidates with 02 years will not be considered)
• Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of client origination
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
• Prior knowledge of debt instruments is a plus, though not mandatory
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
