Job Summary

Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Support Executives for the Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) process at its Tambaram, Chennai location. The role involves handling customer feedback, addressing queries and complaints, and providing appropriate assistance to customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints related to banking services.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide accurate information.
• Understand customer concerns and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the system.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address customer issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and update customer records.
• Ensure quality customer service and follow process guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Customer service or BPO experience will be preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and follow process guidelines.

Language Requirements

Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and English will be preferred, depending on the process requirement.
