Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Working as a Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) attached to SBI branches.

• Responsibilities involve "Soft Collection"calling customers politely, visiting them respectfully, and updating logs in SBOSS software.

• Cash collection is strictly prohibited.

• This is a dignified corporate relationship role with zero aggressive behaviour.
