Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Dean Digital Marketing will include:

• Preparing the overall digital marketing and online admission strategy.
• Developing Programme-wise, geography-wise and month-wise admission targets.
• Identifying, evaluating and appointing digital agencies, education portals, channel partners and other admission partners.
• Developing tie-ups with online counsellors and other organizations.
• Negotiating agreements, commercial terms and performance targets with partners.
• Planning and supervising Google, Meta, YouTube and other digital campaigns.
• Leading the digital marketing, website, media, tele calling and campus-visit teams.
• Coordinating with Admissions, Schools, Registrar, Finance, IT, Placement, Alumni and other departments.
• Reviewing leads, applications, seat reservations, campus visits and final admissions.
• Monitoring the cost per lead, application, reservation and reported admission.
• Submitting weekly progress updates and monthly performance reports directly to the President.
• Taking complete responsibility for achieving digital admissions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, admissions or business development.
• At least five years of experience in a senior leadership position.
• Strong experience in strategy, partnerships, negotiation, budgeting and team management.
• Experience in higher-education marketing and admissions will be preferred.
