Role Overview The Dealer Sales Executive will drive SCV retail sales through dealer and field activities, including market development, lead generation, customer engagement, demonstrations, follow-ups and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive SCV sales through dealer showroom and field activities.

• Generate leads through market visits, referrals, local networking and business mapping.

• Approach fleet owners, transporters, traders, small businesses and individual entrepreneurs.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and test drives.

• Manage lead follow-up, booking and vehicle delivery.

• Achieve assigned monthly retail and sales targets.

• Build strong customer and dealer relationships.

• Track competitor activities and local market feedback.

• Maintain accurate lead and sales pipeline records. Required Skills & Competencies

Preferred CandidateProfile

Experience in SCV/LCV, commercial vehicles, three-wheelers, automobiles, tractors or other target-driven field-sales roles will be preferred. Strong local market knowledge and customer networking will be an added advantage.
