Dealer Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in Dealer Development, Channel Sales, or Dealer Network Expansion, preferably within the 2-Wheeler, Automotive, EV, or Mobility industry.
• Proven experience in end-to-end dealer appointment and onboarding, including dealer identification, evaluation, commercial negotiation, and network activation.
• Strong expertise in market mapping, territory planning, identifying market white spaces, and developing new cities/territories.
• Hands-on experience in dealer performance management, including sales targets, productivity, ROI, inventory, working capital, and dealer profitability.
• Strong dealer relationship management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience specifically in the Electric 2-Wheeler / EV industry or a rapidly growing mobility business.
• Prior experience with a startup or high-growth organization involving aggressive dealer/network expansion.
