Role & responsibilities

Operate the LPG Plant through DCS System.

Guide Field Officers and provide operations Expertise to conduct the field operations activities.

To lead the Startup and Shutdown operations.

To Monitor various process parameters and take proactive action to prevent abnormal operation and production interruption.

To keenly monitor and identify Operation, Maintenance and Technical issues through DCS and report to Shift Supervisor for timely resolution.

Develop Shift Report and other necessary reports that can be used by Engineers and Management.

Demonstrate highest Safety Standards

Demonstrate highest skill levels in Work Permitting system

Ensure Safe installation and removal of Temporary defeats

Provide effective Job hand over at the end of each Shift

Train Field Officers and National Trainees

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

Experienced in Gas Processing Plant, Ammonia Plant, LNG Plant or any other Gas plant.

DCS Operation

Operation of: Separation, Amine Treatment, Dehydration, Fractionation, Cryogenic Operation, Utility Units Operation, Fire & Gas systems, Furnaces, Reactors, Pumps, Compressors, IC Engines, Expander and Turbines, Truck Loading/Unloading operation, and other process Units and Equipment

Instruments and Electrical System knowledge

Reporting skills

SAP/MAPCON or similar ERP tool

Emergency Response & Safety

Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech- Chemical/ Mechanical

Experience

8-12

Requires minimum of 8 years Of Experience in process Operations and at least 2 Years of it as DCS Panel.

Good Safety and Process knowledge

Demonstrated ability to handle Process and Safety Emergencies.

Very good written and spoken English
