Role Overview

The DCS Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing chemical plant operations through Distributed Control Systems (DCS). This role offers exposure to a government-based company environment, providing long-term career advantages.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor DCS systems to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process control issues in real-time.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and safety teams for efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain operational logs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Tech / BE in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in chemical process industries with DCS exposure.
• Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of chemical plant operations.
• Hands-on experience with DCS systems (preferably Honeywell, Yokogawa, or Emerson).
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
