DC Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced DC Manager to manage end-to-end warehouse and distribution centre operations, ensuring smooth inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing and outbound activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end DC/Warehouse operations and daily manpower planning.
• Handle inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock management.
• Monitor SLA, productivity, TAT, OOS, damages and operational KPIs.
• Drive process improvements to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Manage warehouse manpower, shift planning and performance.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Transport, Stores and other stakeholders.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, quality, safety and compliance processes.
• Monitor warehouse capacity, space utilization and material movement.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly operational reports and MIS.
• Handle vendor/3PL coordination wherever applicable.

Candidate Profile

• 8–22 years of experience in Warehouse / DC / Distribution Centre operations.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, Grocery or Quick Commerce preferred.
• Strong experience in managing large-scale warehouse operations and teams.
• Good knowledge of WMS, Excel, inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
