• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: 0-6 Months & Above | Freshers Can Apply
• Communication: Excellent Written & Verbal English
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to banking services through Voice & Chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain service quality and follow process guidelines.

Salary: Up to 25,000 In-Hand | 31,000 CTC (Up to 3.7 LPA)

Shift details:

• Shift: First 2 Months Day Shift | Thereafter 247 Rotational Shifts
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
