Support digital usage targets via virtual connects and visits.

Engage with bottom resources and branches.

Provide performance updates at branch, cluster, and circle levels.

Drive Target Vs Achievement in HNW Customers for RBB

Support digital usage targets via virtual connects and visits.

Engage with bottom resources and branches.

Provide performance updates at branch, cluster, and circle levels.

Drive Target Vs Achievement in Virtual Managed

Support digital usage targets via virtual connects and visits.

Engage with bottom resources and units.

Provide performance updates at unit and regional head levels.

Drive Usage and Registration for MBDB in RBB

Support MBDB registration and usage via virtual connects and visits.

Engage with bottom resources and branches.

Provide performance updates at branch, cluster, and circle levels.

Engagement and Visits for Digital Adoption

Engage with cluster, circle, and zonal heads to drive digital adoption.

Engage with unit and region heads to increase buy-in for digital adoption.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance digital adoption uptake.
