Grade Learner is looking for a motivated and target-driven DBA Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective learners and driving admissions for our doctoral-level programs, including DBA, PhD, and Honorary Doctorate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and generate admissions for DBA, PhD, and Honorary Doctorate programs.
• Counsel prospective candidates and understand their academic and professional goals.
• Explain program details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and fee structures accurately.
• Follow up with prospective candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Manage leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure a professional counselling experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, counselling, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable handling targets and converting leads into admissions.
• Experience in education sales, EdTech, or premium program sales will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
